- LOOKING AFTER OUR CUSTOMERS
Our terms and conditions comply with current Government legislation and are made to ensure that our
customers can shop easily and with confidence.
- PRICING
All prices are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges.
They are also shown when you place items in your basket. You may pay by any major credit or
debit card. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject
to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.
- ACCEPTING ORDERS & SECURITY
All credit transactions are placed though PayPal® , which requires you to register
and agree to their User Agreement
with their serves in order to complete your transaction. When you place an order we will treat it as
an offer to buy. We will send an e-mail (first e-mail) to confirm receipt. If we accept your order,
we will send you a confirmation e-mail (second e-mail) with your order number, at which point we make
a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it
necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know.
When you order you will have an opportunity to check the details and correct any input errors. In deciding whether to accept your order
we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you.
If we decline your offer on security grounds we may contact you to seek an alternative payment method or to advise you of the location
of your nearest store.
- DELIVERY
One your payment has been successful an e-mail will be sent to you with delivery details and time. Delivery is restricted to the
United Kingdom, to the address to which your credit/debit card is registered. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our
control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
- CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Cancellations:

Other returns:
The following are guidelines; wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances:- If your product is damaged when
delivered (or if there is another defect with your order), we will offer exchange or refund.
These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident.
